GENERAL TOUR CONDITIONS

The following conditions apply on all tours , Unless stated otherwise, at the end of the Particular itinerary.

Hotels:
Accommodation in twin rooms with bath or shower in the category chosen. Single room occupancy available against supplement.

Meals:
All programs are based on half board (Breakfast and Dinner) daily, plus lunches on route whenever necessary. Programs on full board basis can be arranged on request.

Transport:
All transportation will be supplied by new air-conditioned coaches in summer and heated in winter, or by Mercedes limousines for individuals up to seven passengers.

Sightseeing:
All tours and excursion featured in the individual itinerary. Multilingual local guide will accompany the tour from arrival until departure.

Taxes:
As imposed by the local authorities, are include on standard services shown the itinerary.

Not Included:
Passport and visa fees and items of personal nature are not included. Tips to guide, driver, and hotel staffs, are left to your discretion at the time of rendering of the services.

Responsibility:
All tour arrangements are made by us as Agent only, and we will in no event, be liable for acts or defaults of any carrier, hotels or employees of such contracts, in performing the services for which ticket or exchange orders are issued.

Cancellations:
All cancellations for groups and individual should reach our office at least 40 days prior to the scheduled arrival, otherwise, client will be liable for the payment of the cancellation fees.

Payment:
Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit of not less than 10% of the cost of the services, should be submitted four weeks prior to arrival of group or individual, and full payment made 15 days before starting the services. Payments must be effected and certified by checks, banks checks, bank checks, or bank transfers.

Reservation & Confirmation:
To enable us handle your requirement efficiently, complete details are necessary, such as complete flight schedule, name of hotel preferred, number of passengers and names list whenever available. Normally confirmation, suggestions and tour planning are faxed within 72 hours after receipt of the request.
